From Job Shop to Aerospace to Die/Mold programming, HTI's team has successfully programmed hundreds of parts.  Not only are our programmers veterans at driving toolpath, each has years of experience in manual machining, CNC Set-up and operation and Fixture design and application.

What we've done:

One off is the name-of-the-game here.  We employ programming habits that guarantee that your first part off will meet FAR.

We have pioneered some of the most successful programming strategies for cutting Graphite electrodes in the early 90's and have evolved to present.

Created some of the first close-tolerance, no-polish, Hard Milling methods for cutting heat treated H13, S7, A10 and 420 SS.   

Worked directly with
RobbJack to develop some of the first Hard Milling cutters in the industry.

Created our own Graphite milling cutter....Spiral Helix, Hollow Ground, Square Section, Draft cutters.

We are skilled in very detailed small electrodes and molds, using .008 dia ball cutters.  

Skilled in programming for Graphite tolerances of +0.0 -.0005

 Provide Post Processor support and creation in both M-post and S-post formats.

Use your existing tool libraries or help you to create your own.

Support and suggestions for machining methods and options.  

If applicable, engineering changes that could make the part less expensive to program and machine.
